personality outline: Sebastian Moran was Jim Moriarty's alcohol- sex- and violence- addicted right-hand man and personal sniper.
He doesn't appear to give a shit about anything, and lacks the morals to feel pressured into trying. He is often the source of planned violence and, unless personal, knows very well how to avoid leaving traces.

He gambles and - when allowed - lived his life the same way, because where's the fun in avoiding risks? Unfortunately his late boss had the same mindset and Moran was often forced to jump in and advise the opposite.

special traits / quirks: When preparing for a long-distance shot, Moran's trigger finger twitches once, as he takes the briefest amount of time to take the shot in his mind before taking the actual shot.
Occasionally when drinking non-alcoholic beverages Moran catches himself lifting his pinky finger, and sets the cup or glass down just a tad harder than necessary in annoyance.

_{headcanon: After Moriarty shot himself, Sebastian lingered and, upon the realisation Holmes was still alive, attempted to murder him. After his failure to do so, Sherlock vanished without a trace, and Sebastian was captured by the oldest Holmes brother's men, to be imprisoned in HM Prison Pentonville.
Despite attempts to make him speak, Sebastian refused to mention or even acknowledge his - believed to be - late boss and thus did not assist in clearing Sherlock's name, and the world was left to believe Sherlock was a fraud.
