rules:
i. our button must be on your site before you post.
ii. static only, unless you have only a few scrolling affiliates. seeing as we only have a static section, we have the right to reject your request if we were to get added to a long list of buttons.
iii. if your site goes inactive we will remove your button. we understand the whole point of advertising is to gain members, so we'll give you some time if you start out with low activity.
iv. buttons must be 88 x 31.
